You’re Welcome at Trinity

Visiting a church for the first time can come with a lot of questions.
What should I wear? Where do I go? Will I know what to do?

At Trinity, we want you to know this first: you are welcome here. Whether church has been part of your life for years, you are returning after some time away, or you are exploring faith for the first time, there is a place for you at Trinity.

We gather each Sunday to worship God, grow in our faith, connect with one another, and learn how to follow Jesus and love our neighbors in everyday life.

Sunday Worship

Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month.
We offer two worship services each Sunday, both held in our sanctuary:

8:30 AM — Traditional Worship
A traditional United Methodist service featuring hymns, prayers, Scripture, and preaching.

11:00 AM — Blended Worship
A worship service that brings together traditional and contemporary elements through music, prayer, Scripture, and preaching.

When you arrive, please come through the front doors of the sanctuary facing Hobson Lane. You’ll be welcomed by people who are ready to help you find your way and make you feel at home.
Both services can be viewed Online through our YouTube channel.
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are. You’ll see people dressed in everything from jeans and casual clothes to dresses, button-down shirts, and Sunday best. There is no dress code.

What Can I Expect?
Our worship services include music, prayer, Scripture, a message, and opportunities to respond to God’s grace.
You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. You don’t need to know the words, have the right answers, or understand everything before you walk through the doors.

Bringing Kids?
Children are an important part of the Trinity community, and families are always welcome.

At 9:30 AM, we offer Sunday School for both adults, youth and children. Infants through 5th grade are invited to head to the Lowrie Hall building. Children in kindergarten through 5th grade meet in the children’s classroom, with a nursery available next door for our youngest friends.

During the 11:00 AM worship service, children in 5th grade and younger are invited to participate in Children’s Church. After the Children’s Moment in worship, they may go with our children’s ministry staff for an age-appropriate experience.

Nursery care is also available during both the 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM worship services as well as the 9:30 Sunday School Hour.

Bringing Youth?
Students in 6th through 12th grade are invited to participate in Youth Sunday School during the 9:30 AM hour. The youth meet upstairs in the main building.

What About Communion?
In The United Methodist Church, the Communion table is open. You do not have to be a member of Trinity—or even a United Methodist—to receive Communion.

Christ is the host of the table, and all who desire to receive God’s grace are invited.

Where Do I Go?
Trinity United Methodist Church

Both worship services are held in the sanctuary. Please enter through the front doors of the sanctuary, where you’ll find a warm welcome and people who can help you get where you need to go.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out
Trinity is a community of people learning together what it means to follow Jesus. We build meaningful relationships, grow in our love of God and understanding of Scripture, worship joyfully, love our neighbors, and serve humbly.

There is room here for your questions, your story, and your next step.

We would love to welcome you this Sunday.

Trinity United Methodist Church is located on the corner of Teasley Drive and Hobson Lane, right next to the beautiful South Lakes and Eureka Parks.
