Our History

Trinity church first met in the Ramada Inn  - 820 S Interstate 35, Denton, TX 76205 - which is now the Economy inn and Suites. It was very difficult to keep from being hungry due to the Sunday morning smell of bacon at the inn.

We then met at the strip mall located at 1776 Teasley Ln, Denton, TX 76205

We then moved to our first building. The multi-purpose building now named Lowry hall. Mr. Lowry was the treasurer. This is a multi-purpose worship center and nursery school.  Adult Sunday school classes grew very rapidly.

Then we were able to build our existing building.

The property at this time was designed by the city to be only used for a school or a church to be built.

Then the choir director, Carol Koenig and her husband MD Bill Koenig bought the triangle and gave the land to the church. The land was then designated as the pumpkin patch.
